What is PinPoint Help Alert?

Help Alert by PinPoint is an all-inclusive silent mobile staff duress system that covers the interior and exterior of your buildings.  This staff wearable fob runs on BLE LoRa technology pinpointing and updating your staff’s location both indoors and outdoors. Help Alert eliminates human error with one press multi-button alerting. The battery-operated fob has two notification buttons-one for daily instances and the other for high-priority alerting and crisis management.

Help Alert is a battery-operated solution. This simple wearable fob can be worn:

  •  In a pocket,
  • On a lanyard,
  • Clipped to clothing,
  • Or mounted in a zone.

The Automatic Voice Dialer/ Intercom allows up to 4 pre-recorded messages to be delivered sequentially to as many as 8 standard telephones, cellular phones, voice and/or numeric pagers.

The fob runs on BLE LoRa technology, pinpointing and updating your staff’s location both inside and outside.
